Privacy
Fat Quarter Design are totally committed to protecting your privacy. Your name, address and any other details will be kept safe and we undertake not to divulge any information regarding our customers to any third party. Only information regarding your order or request for future information will be kept on file.

Security
When you submit your order, our payment pages are hosted by Protx, a Secure Server recommended by our bank Lloyds TSB, using industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. This ensures that your credit card information will be encrypted. If any other Internet user intercepts the communication he/she will only be able to see it in an encrypted (garbled) form.

Alternative Methods of Payment
If you are still not happy with sending your credit card details on the Internet, you may fax, telephone or post us the details of your order. We can also accept (in £ sterling only) cheques drawn on UK banks, international money orders or bank drafts.

Availability
We do expect all our kits to be immediately available but should you order one that is out of stock we will inform you by Email advising you of the anticipated dispatch date. If you wish to cancel your order we will refund you immediately. Dispatch will normally be within a week but please allow 14 days in case we are particularly busy.

Import Duty
Unfortunately, Fat Quarter Design are unable to accept liability for any importation charges levied by local Customs.

Faults & Returns
In the unlikely event of a fault in the kit please return within 21 days and we will replace or refund the cost and your postage.
If you change your mind about your order we will be pleased to replace it with another design or refund you, but it is important that the kit is returned within 14 days unused in any way and packaged as it was when sold so that we are able to offer it to another customer. Kits returned from outside the UK must be clearly marked as Unsuitable Returned Goods.
